Warranty

Benefit even longer from the Sortimo warranty: Sortimo offers its customers a manufacturer’s warranty, as well as a lifetime warranty on product sold and installed by Sortimo of North America or a Sortimo distributor (Partner, ProPartner, or ProPartner+).

Sortimo warranty conditions
  • Sustainability in mind: Repairs not replacements (repair time may vary depending on the package and current stock)
  • For products sold after 2025, proof of purchase incl. date and source necessary
  • Warranty depends on date of purchase and product changes (possibility to change in the future)
  • The SR5 product line is covered, excluding BOXXes and accessories
  • The product expected lifespan (1x vehicle life span)
  • Warranty only for the original owner
  • Limited to installation by a Sortimo trained professional according to the Sortimo quality & safety standards
  • This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Rust in any shape or form is not covered since it cannot originate from the products exclusively made from aluminum.
  • Un-altered package with original configuration
  • Shipping costs will be with the customer
  • For us to service your claim, your item must be cleaned before it arrives for the protection of our staff and in accordance with Health & Safety Standards. Any product that arrives unclean will be subject to a cleaning fee (depending on care instructions) before inspections can be made, which will also delay the processing of your claim.
