SR5 reduced to max: The lightweight van racking for more productivity

[ Use of the entire space in the vehicle ]

The area under the roof of the load space can be fully exploited with the SR5, by using deeper shelves. Work materials, tools and other goods can be stored here. This allows the often-unused space to be exploited to its full extent.

[ Flexible arrangement of shelves to fit the contours of the vehicle ]

The shelves can be flexibly fitted depth-wise to the side profiles. This means the system can be simply adjusted to the vehicle contours and wheel housings without losing any space.

[ Compact side profile for more space on the floor ]

Thanks to its compact side profile, the SR5 features a slimline design and thus provides more space – especially in the loading floor area. This means that there is still space for a Euro pallet between the van racks, even in the smallest class of commercial vehicle.

[ Integrated ProSafe load securing system ]

ProSafe is integrated into the cross members of the van racking system in the form of lashing points and into the Sortimo SoboPro floors.  The lashing points are compatible with all ProSafe hooks and restraint poles, so that you can secure the load without adapters. The ProSafe hooks also fit into the original lashing points of the vehicle, so that you can still continue to use these.

[ Universal compatibility with all Sortimo systems ]

The SR5 can hold all BOXXes and case systems you already know from Sortimo. You can still rapidly secure your system and thereby keep everything organised with simple load securing.

[ Use of the L-BOXX industrial standard – BOSCH, Hilti,... ]

With the L-BOXX family, Sortimo has set an industry standard, as it is used as a secondary packaging by many partners such as BOSCH, Gedore etc. These are quickly and securely stored in the SR5 rack like any Sortimo L-BOXX. With the SR5, Sortimo has also opened itself to other manufacturers, so that cases from Hilti, for example, can be easily clicked into and transported in the system.
